From Self-Worth to Self-Love

From Self-Worth to Self-Love is a tool you can use to self-evaluate and start to find LOVE. No matter what you are facing, you can come out on the other side having a loving outlook on a situation and/or have self-love in general.

This journal contains 12 words that I found useful with helping me with issues I have faced. You may use all of them or maybe just a few, custom tailor it to your situation.

As you go through the journal, look through the words and self-evaluate your feelings. Think of people, places and things.

Sometimes we feel a certain way or have certain presumptions because of our surroundings. There are five categories I thought of to go along with each word, and that’s Faith, Family, Friends, Finances, and Future.

These are your own personal thoughts that you write down, and I pray your words although they may hurt at first, become the very words that heal.

Vision Board Journal

The Vision Board Journal is a reference for all the things you put on your vision board and/or for things you wish to just accomplish.

 My hope is that this helps you stay on target and guide you to the success you wish to attain.

 This journal can be used at any time of the year. You will write it (your vision) down, look at it (your vision) daily and/or weekly and believe these things (your vision) will become reality.

After writing my first journal A Bitter to Better Journey, I decided I wanted to do a series of journals that could help people look at the things that may be troubling them and start the healing process.
I’ve done a few things different in this 3 rd installment, and will continue to add more in future journals. My hope is that these journals are helpful.
